> The owners are horribly dishonest.  They messed up a very expensive cocktail dress and as a gesture, offered a modest amount of free dry cleaning. It wasn't anywhere near the value of the dress  -- a dress that was new but had deodorant marks on it from when I tried it on.  But I accepted their offer as a gesture to make good on their mistake. When I went to use the free dry cleaning, they refused to honor the offer they had made. Don't use this dry cleaner.  If they make a mistake, and mistakes happen, they will not make things right.  They are dishonest.
