> If your in Atwater and hungry... Try giamela's for a meatball sub. They are huge so bring a friend. Small lot and street parking.

> Go to the Burbank Giamela's instead.  This place is too greedy!  Their skimpy on their pickles topping, unless you ask for extra, and they stupidly have a tip jar out when their subs are way overpriced - more expensive than the Burbank Giamela's.  Their cash only sign along with their tip jar makes me want to vomit.  Who do they think they're fooling?  If you're going to do this, then you better make me a good sandwich, cuz we all know you're raking in the dough.  Get a credit card machine, you fools!

> I have never been to Giamela's, but a co-worker picked up a lasagna from here for me. While the salad was creepy and the garlic bread not tempting, the lasagna was amazing, and cheap. I don't think I've ever eaten a $7 lasagna and enjoyed it so much. Cheap, tasty and quick. Love it!

> I've been coming to Giamela's for many many years, and they are my favorite for real italian sub sandwiches. They put cut up tomatoes, pickles, and onions on top of your sub. My favorite is the pepper steak you can get it toasted with the cheese melted on it, oh my mouth is watering as I type. Anyway if you want to taste a LA landmark for sub sandwiches go in and order a pepper steak, and say hi to Matt Giamela.
