Then proceeded to charge us for “wasting his time”, mind you he also lost one of our forms and told us we should just “request another”. For someone that works with clients daily, they should understand that while we aren’t all knowledgeable in the area it isn’t okay to belittle someone for asking questions in your area of expertise.","rating":1,"date_published":"2019-28-02"}]}
