> I am extremely happy with my purchase. I was on a tight schedule and I needed to pick up a set of  speakers for a gig and found a great price for JBL Power Speaker. After talking to a sales rep I decided to get a package which included stands and XLR cables. Got everything I needed quickly, and will order from Hollywood Dj the next time I need gear.

> I've had the worst experience with Hollywood DJ ever! Allen the manager or owner calls me up two days after I place the order to tell me that they "just" got the shipment of lights I ordered and said "Do you want me to ship them or do you want to pick them up Saturday?" and all I could think was why is he asking me this? The website says "in stock" so I'm expecting these things to get to me soon since I live in LA too. I said well, I paid for shipping so ship them to me and I asked when will I receive them. He tells me Monday so I never get it Monday. I call and get an employee that tells me he's out of the "office". I call back and a rude employee tells me that it's already shipped and hangs up on me. Long story short, every day I call they tell me that it's shipped. A week passes by and nothing. I ended up talking to Allen again and we both agreed that I'd go pick up the lights at the "store". I drive through what looks like an alley (full of sewer water) and park in their "parking". This guys operates out of a small establishment with merchandise crammed up to the ceiling (looks like a swap meet) and his paperwork is scattered everywhere. The guy is unprofessional, runs to the back and hides, says that my lights are "on their way" I wait 40 minutes for him to come out from the back and nothing. What a waste of my time and gas!!! Don't every buy anything from this guy. If you do, you're asking for it. I'll take my business elsewhere! I asked for a refund and he has not refunded me YET!!
