It had some nice scrapes and dings from being hit in parking lots and on the street as that is the only place I can park at my home. I took my car in to repair these things and was sick of driving around a \"beat up\" car. I wanted to return my lease early because I was so done with it! After getting my car back, I was so amazed at the phenomenal job that was done. My black beauty was back to her brand new off the dealership lot self. For about 3 weeks I debated on whether I should now get rid of her. Kens Collision did such a great job and their customer service was awesome. The girls definitely take care of you and ken lets you know what to expect in the process . I didn't want to wait to take my brand new car to the dealer so I took his advise and dropped my car off right away. Mr. Ken was great... this was my first accident so he helped me with a lot of my silly little questions. He gave me a free loaner to avoid the hassle of those silly Hertz people, and took extra great care of my car. When my car was finally delivered to my home, I couldn't be more impressed about how the whole situation turned out. There was a minor scratch on my bumper not related to the accident that was INVISIBLE after the fact. The whole process was smooth and painless!!!! I recommend this body shop to anyone who does not have the time or knowledge to deal with insurance companies or rental cars.
