Thought our fiberglass  tub shower was hopeless then in comes Angel and Leticia and it’s new again. Loved working with them. Michelle handles appointments, estimates and billing and always prompt responses. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!I was given a time of between 9-10 for arrival of bath tub crew. I calledat 10:20 for an update. Jasmine called me back and said they went to anotherjob first instead of me! I said this was not ok. I re-arranged my day to behere to let them in. Now they can't come until 12!! I told Jasmine they haveto be here before that time as I will be leaving. Completely unacceptable. 12:45 they show up and say they don't have the tools to do the job and have to come back tomorrow. (This is after I sent them a picture a week prior of the damage). I said you need to have them here by 9:30 as I will not miss another day of work. They call at 9:15 to say the will be there between 10-11.
