They treat customers horribly, including the owner, and drive terribly! Save yourself the experience I had and go with someone else!! Made a Universal Tours reservation for 4 through AllStar Tours card from our motel.  We were picked up and taken to thier office to provide payment and get on a bus.  Card saif $95, quote Shaun gave us was $98 and when we arrived at their office, they charged us $108 each.  They claimed where we made the reservation knew their prices and their prices were posted, but of course we had no access to their office or prices.  I consider it a ripoff.  They kept our whole bus waiting for an hour and finally gave us $28 back, so still chanrged us $12 over the quote.  Wonder how many people just pay it even though they are misquoted since they are already transported to a different place and would have to cancel their tour.  I still call this a RipOff.  If there is a separate company answering phones they need to provide accurate prices.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-16-09"}]}
