He advertised a flat fee representation contract yet demanded more money halfway through my case; when I refused to pay he refused to do more work on my case. He attempted to convince me to take a felony plea deal for a crime i had nothing to do with by scaring me with prison time. Perlman is a fraud. After firing him, I had to pay another attorney over $100,000 to clean up Perlman’s mess.
