I called to request dumpster delivery for an over grown front and backyard cleanup and was told that it would arrive in a couple of hours, it arrived 4 hours later. I called after three hours, line was busy I had to leave a message. There was no return phone call after 20 minutes so I called back and spoke to a human being and was told the driver would arrive in about 45 minutes, which he did. The driver apologized for being late. I could see on the side of the dumpster a different telephone number so I assumed he was an independent contractor. The telephone number was from the valley and the number I called was in Los Angeles. This business stated they were open 7 days, I called the next day around 9am to arrange for the dumpster to be picked up and the phone just rang and rang. I called again 15-20 minutes later and got an answering machine  which I left a message on. After an hour no one had called be back, so I called again and actually got a human being. I made my request and was told that it would be picked up within 24 hours. REALLY?!?(less time to drop off and more time to pickup). That day passed, no pickup. 10am the next day, no pickup. 12pm, still no pickup. I called and had to leave a message again! I decided to call the number on the receipt that I was given by the driver(818#). A nice gentleman answered and I told him the story. He asked for my street address and immediately remembered my name. He told me that no one had called to make the request but he would come pickup the the dumpster this afternoon, if time permitted but would definitely pick it up the next day, no problem. I imagine that they will arrive to pickup the dumpster in a reasonable amount of time considering that I paid the driver directly when the dumpster was delivered. Thank God the time limit for usage is 7 days. I called on Saturday for delivery, tried to call Sunday and Monday for pickup and finally got to someone today, Tuesday. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm glad I won't need the use of a dumpster again.
