The events are actually fun, the apartments are clean and updated, you get free merch like every week. I've lived here for 2 years and I'm not trying to move any time soon

> Stephen Oropeza was my leasing agent and was critical to my ultimate decision on the Lorenzo. His efficiency and sales acumen as well as demeanor and early leasing incentives gave the impression of being in a top management position. If he isn't the manager here, he definitely should be. The Lorenzo is a high-end student living community with sizable and fully furnished and equipped apartments. The security is tight and with all the resort style amenities and weekly activities and events, it's hard not to have a healthy social and academic life. Geoffrey Palmer strikes gold again in his first rate real-estate development empire. Living here as a USC student is second to none, you won't be disappointed with anything.

> This place is great, I have been here for a year with no problem. Whenever something gets broken or messed up in the apartment all I have to do is put in a service request and boom it's fixed, usually that day. The management has been super helpful with ALL of my needs. If you are nice and polite they will always be nice and efficient back. It's a huge complex and can be hard to maintain 24/7 but if you see something off or wrong just let them know and it is taken care of. The internet is also great, they have me set up so I never drop and the speeds are awesome. I recommend 100% for any LA newbie coming to school to live here for at least a year because you make lots of friends, and always have something to do around the complex with all of the events and amenities.
