I was quoted $225 for carpet cleaning at our 1,500 square foot nightclub.  When the technicians arrived, they said they couldn't clean the carpets good enough for that price and they wanted to charge $435.  We agreed to $300.  He said he could still use chemicals and degreaser and do a good job for that price. The job was done quickly and without ANY chemicals, degreasers or deodorizers.  My maintenance crew watched them the whole time and I watched them on our security cameras. They left with the same amount of chemicals that they brought in.  They never added any soap or chemicals and our carpets looked exactly the same and did not smell good.  I have called 3 times a day for a week and every day I am told that the manager is in a meeting and will call me back tomorrow for sure.  No manager has ever called me. I spoke directly with the technician, Eddie, and he was very defensive and refused to come back and clean the carpets right.  We need to receive a full refund from this job.  We had to hire a 2nd cleaning crew to come in and clean the carpets for another $300 - they did a great job for the same price we paid to La Carpet Cleaning.  They keep telling me to call different phone numbers and when they answer the phone they say \"Carpet Cleaning\" and don't specify a company name.  I feel this isn't even a legitimate business and they are stringing me along.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-15-09"}]}
