My carpet was saved because of the knowledge they have and the quick actions they took.. put it this way all my rooms were flooded when I got home. A pipe burst and it had been running for over eight hours... the flaws of living alone... I thought I would have had to get a new carpet for each and every room.. I was a bit hesitant about calling them since I wasn’t familiar with their work but I finally did. Once the rug was returned I saw a big difference and saw no trace of where the stain was.
