I called this guy after i saw they were the closest service to my location. As was promised the tow truck arrived within few minutes. It was a hot day, he did everything quickly and i saw the sweat on his face. Hard job. Wow how ironic it is, the same night I got stuck on 101 in the middle of nowhere between Calabasas and Thousand Oaks thanks to my 12-year old Ford! I had nothing to do but counting down the minutes since I had no intention of getting out of the car at 2:30am in the morning! (Try driving at 2:30 in the morning on 101, you'll understand what I mean). Well, 17 minute wait is pretty unbeatable compare to the chances you'll get abandoned for hours I guess :) It was 3:40 AM when I got home and had my car in the garage safely. That's called a service!
