> Very good counter person, prompt and helpful. Corporate policies on the other hand not quite as good with 'antiquated' thinking which does not help to further business. You need to review and adjust 'upgrade policy' or people will keep Going to Boost stores! Ouch! Food for thought . Wake up!!!
