It tends to be a little too salty, a little too sinewy.Then Oinkster shows up and RUINS PASTRAMI FOR ME! Actually it ruins pastrami for everyone else. I think they were on the food network. THey cure their own pastrami and make, among other things, the Oinkster sandwich - gruyere cheese, dressing....the pastrami is tender and juicy and NOT overwhelmingly salty. I urge you to order this sandwich with some belgian fries.
