Warranty was not able to be under their manufacturer defect, I have to pay for its repairs, customer service is pathetic...if you can get a hold of somebody. The watch claims to have a warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects and when I contacted the company initially they told me that part was not under warranty and they would send me a replacement pin at no cost to repair myself. I didn't like it, but I took it. Less than 2 weeks later, it broke again, this time, more like shattered. The company keeps telling me they will fix the band as a courtesy even though they don't consider it under warranty. When I sent it to them, they then turned around and claimed damage to the case that wasn't there when I sent it and wants $69 to repair it. I'm currently arguing with them to either refund, exchange or repair it per their warranty. This company stinks to do business with. Too bad, it was pretty sitting in the box. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-18-03"}]}
