> This place has some of the worst customer service. It's like they are doing you a favor by answering a question. I came here to get some soccer related party supplies and they had only one left of the particular item. When I asked them if they had more the associate said no without even checking. When I  pressed her about whether they may have any in he back she said stopped looked at me and seemed to control herself and said maybe you can check another Party City. I asked her can you call the nearest and she said, "I have Aline right now. Try calling later." Like who does that! I won't be coming back here.

> They have party stuff and all of the latest themes popular with kids but it's full retail which can be expensive.  They have balloons too. Big parking lot.

> If you're looking for kids' party supplies, the selection is mostly limited to TV and movie character-themed items. I find cuter/more original stuff on Etsy, frankly, but this place will do in a last-minute pinch. They do have a lot of cool costumes and decor every Halloween.

> Our family really enjoy coming to this party city, because the staff is always very helpful. We had helium balloons for my son's party and they popped in the car, so they promptly replaced them. They have a great selection and variety of party supplies.

> In a busy plaza but easy to park. Pretty organized and you can find all your party stuff. Weekends are crazy because it's next to a Costco.
