I had to ask the guy and when I talked to a so called manager, he didn't have the decency to give me his name but I heard others call him Jr., well this cheap version of a manager did not even apologize for the all day delay on my car, he offered to get me a ride home, but how was I going to get back to the store to pick up my car?! I was so upset and all they did was ignore me! They were so RUDE I do hope that someone with more manners can give me a reason why I was treated this way.... plus the information  that is posted on what days and times the Smog tests are done is wrong I had to go twice to find out what days they are available!!! I do customer service for a living and this is no way to treat or retain a customer! I would never recomend you or go there myself again! I hope you take the appropriate action towards this matter because you have very unprofessional employees at this store!","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-08-03"}]}
