> LA eateries tend to be closed after 10 pm. This is one of the few places you can go at anytime. The hot dogs themselves are not very good but they disguise them in interesting ways. Onion rings are fantastic! And grab a bottle of grape crush! Great place to bring out-of-town guests for "LA experience."

> Pink's is a Los Angeles institution. It's not uncommon to see a line circum-wrapping the entire building at peak times, especially around lunchtime on weekends.

> Pinks is the place for the unusual. My brother I and (big guys) got challenged by this skinny, short, waif of a woman, to a chili dog eating contest. Winner eats for free. We accepted the challenge thinking can't lose. I ate 3, my brother ate 6 and she ate 12. Ouch! Delicious and always unusual. An LA icon.

> The food was great, and the variety makes it interesting.... If you're hungry, bring a snack bc that line is pretty extensive.

> I was really excited to go to the Famous Pinky's being a Hot Dog enthu. from NYC. I waiting in the 30 minute line, and being biting into the famous dog. Don't get me wrong in anyway! It was quite delish. Now my only problem is the world famous hotdog is very over rated. It was very enjoyable but I could have done without the 30 minute line. It cross my mind that this is one of those SoCal, follower, just say i've had it places. Pretty much a trend. If you wanna fall in love with a real hot dog buy a ticket to NYC and hit up Papaya in the east village and began to feel how Jesus feels when he combs his hair.

> Me an my family drove an hour to get there to taste these so called "delicous" hot dogs.. we waited for an hour in line to order, we finally ate and it was such a dissapointment. It tasted like the hot dog i make from home....I ordered the Lord of the rings hot dog.. it was good but nothing different from the ones we make at home. definetly not worth standing in line for, and definetly not worth the drive. the best hot dog i ever had was at costco/sams club. dont waste your time unless your a loca.

> This place is just fast food and always has a line. The food is pretty good, but some what overrated. The best part are the people who work here, they memorize your order...no matter how big! Its amazing to me! But would say that anyone in LA should at least try this place! Its nice to eat at if you can get a table, but the restroom is down a good 50% of the time.
