> I began investing with this company over 5 years ago and have had only pleasant experiences.  I have come to know the president and the others very well during this time and can definitely say that they have been very professional, diligent and competent in what they do.  My wife and I invested a large part of our savings in a commercial shopping center, and though the investment has had some difficulties during the recession, the company and the president himself have been extremely open, honest and have turned the commericial shopping center into a positive cash flow.  We couldn't be happier.  In fact, we have repeatedly asked for more chances to invest with this company.
