> If you can disregard & overlook his complaints about his landlord, you will find that Rafiel is genuinely talented.  He knows hair technology and is truly amazing with cutting hair.His salon could use a new design, but Rafiel is the one you will appreciate.  Feel free to take in photos...he does really well giving you what you want.A real treasure in this small community!
