The plumber that came was polite and the service gave me a 'window' of time when he would show up and they called to inform me that he was 'on the way'.  He was on-time and went straight to work fixing both problems. He fixed both problems and now the sink works like new and the shower/tub no longer leaves me standing in 6-8\" of water when I'm done with my shower!!  Keep up the good work and Thank You Again for giving me peace-of-mind.  You are the best and I will recommend you to everyone that needs a quality plumber!
