My wife and kids keep tour unit very clean had little maintenance was needed because we treated our unit like it was our own personal property. We recently vacated the unit we were renting and left the apartment just as we first moved in. The landlord is very cheep. He refused to take care of the roachs. He also refused to refund our deposit because he claimed we did not move out to December. Please be careful when renting from this company. He is a snake.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-20-12"}]}
