I MUST say that this place needs a lot of upgrades, this place was horrible inside. First we couldn't find the front door because there are NO SIGNS of entry. One employee said don't walk to fast are you might miss it again. Once inside there was no one at the front to greet you...we kept saying HELLO HELLO and then some lady finally answered and told us the 2nd door on your right which was right across from the men's restroom. This place was an EMBARRASSMENT to PAYING customers but the staff was completely unprofessional. They only have 2 viewing rooms that I seen. This place is a HOT MESS. If you could afford to take your love one's elsewhere PLEASE do it. SIMPSON's to me has LOST ALL CREDIBILITY in the funeral service business. To me its not worth it to have your love one in a place like that. I can go on and on but I think that I got my point across.
