Received item timely.  Found I had the wrong toy and returned in a timely fashion.  Saw that UPS tracking told me it had been delivered back to Starworld Toys and received  on Oct 29th.  I have contacted Starworld Toys twice by email and twice to Amazon.  I am getting nowhere with my refund request.  Please be careful with this company.   At least they should have contacted me by now.  I am very disatisfied with help from Amazon as well.  I will try again today Nov. 27th.  Been over a month since they received merchandise back and I feel this is not good business.  Tried calling them twice with no response.
