In the course of doing so I was pretty excited since it was a new, challenging and exciting role in the new company but again was confused about moving the base completely from Los Angeles or to retain the property and rent it out. I came across Los Angeles property management company, TDI Properties. The team I met was very professional. They explained me the way they take their each and every task. I was really happy to see their dedication towards explaining me about their services. This was not only because I was to be their prospective customer but for the fact that they really wanted to be nice with me which they do with their all the clients. I will rate them 5 out of 5 for the way they treated me in my case.","rating":4,"date_published":"2013-04-06"},{"author_name":"anonymous","review_text":"I recently moved out of an apartment my boyfriend and I leased for 1 year. There is total lack of communication amongst the staff and the apartment building always had a problem(electricity, sewage, etc.) Also, the staff lacked returning rent reciepts and did not return phone calls. You would have to continue to call them or leave msgs. They also like to raise rent without notice and charge additional charges to your apartment after departure. They recieve a very poor rating and i reccommend this business to anyone.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-10-02"}]}
