Gerry was easy to get in touch with -- he promptly returned my calls.  And he came out to provide me with an estimate (a very reasonable estimate) the same day.  Gerry made great suggestions, such as using \"non-slip\" tile that I would not have considered otherwise.  The day the work was done, Gerry showed up on time and he and his team worked efficiently and skillfully.  When they were finished, the shower looked great, and the work area was spotless.
