> This place is a nightmare, its trashed the bathrooms are a mess, the trash is overflowing and attracting bugs. The bleed-through is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I had to leave without notice since all my client refused to be there. Even for a rehearsal space it's unacceptable. Tk was to cheap to make decently thick walls and now everyone pays for it. Do not go to this place if you want to actually jam, there so much better out there.

> i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended Huge dump, trash overflowing. Bugs everywhere. Unsafe area and the manger and owner do now want to be bothered by your problems. I had to leave it was kidding my creativity. You can't even rehearse here the owner made the walls so think. He is hateful as well, I'm not a fan of this business, you guys can do far better.
