After several visits, one day I told Mr. Tony I wanted the other barber to cut my hair, and he simply said that I will never get his service again. I thought it was a joke but he took personally. It is my rule to do not argue in these situations (it will drag me down to their level and then beat me with experience) but then I understood why he was always complaining about everybody. There is no excuse for this kind of attitude.","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-10-12"}]}
