On top of that, they wanted $75 to do the Smog for my '87 Toyota Van.  Which included a $20 fee to \"remove the bell housing\"?  What?  You mean open the hood (or lift the driver's seat in the case of my van, which I can do in 30 seconds without tools).  They weren't interested in honoring any coupons for my van.
