> On business card and website shows the bus schedule to start at 4:30am to San ysidro. However this is NOT TRUE bus leaves at 6:30am. Please note that the miss leading information can be extremely dangerous. This is not the nicest part of town. Thankfully one of the employees opened the terminal door at 5am or wait for 2 hrs. The most disappointing part was the service from the employee that opened the door.We informed him of the posted schedule and his attitude was very poor saying not to believe posted info. and basically it was our owned fault for believing the posted info. on business card. We told him if we would have known we would have tried another transport company such as greyhound. He tells us that our business was not needed and that we should have gone with them we would have already gotten to San ysidro. Really disappointed in hearing that respond after being out in the cold due to the misleading info.Not recommend try another alternative bus transportation.
