First they didn't have the truck I reserved, then all their dollies had flat tires, and ended up taking a smaller truck that broke a lot of our belongings. The truck's wouldn't start the next day, and also the transmission would keep slipping and not go past 30MPH.  Finally I returned the truck the next day and they said there was a scratch on the side of the truck. I said it was the same one that was there yesterday, as these trucks are far from new. 5 days later they tacked on another 150 dollar charge on my Credit Card which I am disputing. Should have gone to UHAUL!","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-12-11"}]}
