Not performing what is needed to the animal with out a large guilt trip and forcing of the pet owner to undergo uneeded tests and procedures without just simply performing the necessary task in the first place. She is well trained; dedicated to her patient's well being, exceptionally kind and gentle and all of my animals who have been her patients have loved being seen and treated by her.  Everyone I have referred to her has had the same experience.   Dr. Johnson  has the innate ability to calm both animals and humans in upsetting circumstances.  I trust Dr. Johnson and now travel 350 miles to have her care for my two dogs.  Dr. Johnson insists on an efficient staff, her employees love working for her.
