> Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about!  I had stellar service and the prices on the linen cannot be beat.  They have been around for 20 years so they must be doing something right!  I think they mostly sell wholesale but allowed me to buy just a few yards.

> I am very upset about my first visit in this company.I discussed during 45min with the vendor and after I decide to buy the linen, the guy brought me the bill with $5 handling fees and 3% Credit card Visa Fees...I never seen a company charging Visa CC fees, that is really a shame.So I gave up and I left, I will not return back there...
