> I stopped by El Super, Lynwood, CA.  before work to purchase pastries and a birthday cake for a co-worker before work. I picked out a few pastries as I waited for them to personalize the birthday cake.  I went to pull a plastic bag from the roll on the counter when the entire huge roll of plastic fell on my right foot.  I immediately felt pain but thought I'd just shake it off and continued with my purchase.  I informed the clerk behind the counter of my accident and showed him my foot that had a big red area of where the huge plastic roll fell on the top of my foot.  I paid for my items and he helped me out to my vehicle.  With pain but thought it will get better, unfortunately I have continue to have pain and now limp because I cannot bear too much weight on it.  I cannot wear my usual shoes to work since the accident at El Super.  I also would people to know is that after approximately a week after the accident I filed a report which was at least 6 weeks ago to this date NO RESPONSE
