> Had a large building put up 2 years ago.There's a garage door on the side that has water pouring in when it rains and the inside gets very wet, so we ordered some panels to make an awning on the side, so the water will pour off of the awning and miss the garage door. We were called last week saying our order would be delivered last tuesday between 3 and 6 pm.  We waited up that night until 10 pm. as we were told by another party, that their building was being put up and our items would be late. We received no calls from Madera Carports.  We called them the next day and were told they would get back to us. No one did. Today is Saturday, 4 days of calling and getting no answers.  We cancelled our order today. No, I would not recommend this company as they have very poor customer service.
