We made the mistake of telling them we were traveling thru and wanted our roof re-coated and resealed. Jeremiah and his brother accommodated us in the amount of time we had, and at the time we were pleased with the results.However, either they had no clue what they were doing, or knew we wouldn't be back in the area, and 6 months later our roof began to leak and the material they had applied was peeling off like it was made of chewing gum. It took months of emailing and calling before we got a response, but we were eventually told that they had informed us at the time that we needed a completely new roof and we had declined, so they were not liable. This was completely false! There was never any mention that our roof was in that bad of shape (which it is not). Jeremiah knew what a crap job he did and knew dishonesty would be the only way to keep from paying for his shoddy work. Now, not only do we need to have the roof completely redone AGAIN less then a year later (after we paid RVS4LESS over $700 in labor costs alone) but now the interior of our RV has multiple water stains that also have to be taken care of.
