The first time a highly skilled plumber worked fast to fix a broken outside faucet within 60 minutes for their pretty high hourly fee of $80-85. The second time was a disaster: an electrician taking down an old ceiling fan spilled oil out of it right onto my expensive oriental rug. When I complained to the manager of A&B, he acted as though I were making the whole incident up. In other words, they take no responsibility for any damage they do to homeowners' property.
