> They gave me an estimate for $2800 to replace my hot water heater and told me it would take 2 guys 2/3 of a day to do it. I told the guy thanks but no thanks. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is for showing up on time.

> I have used A&B twice. The first time a highly skilled plumber worked fast to fix a broken outside faucet within 60 minutes for their pretty high hourly fee of $80-85. The second time was a disaster: an electrician taking down an old ceiling fan spilled oil out of it right onto my expensive oriental rug. When I complained to the manager of A&B, he acted as though I were making the whole incident up. In other words, they take no responsibility for any damage they do to homeowners' property. I have not used them since.
