It's always a pleasure to come to the office and see everybody even though dental work isn't at the top of my list as an enjoyable activity. This office has never heard of customer service.  VERY rude, from making my appointment, to the receptionist, right down to Dr Kline.  Has a very rude i'm better than you attitude.  His dental work may be good, even though the office and equiptment is dated....i got a 70's feel from the dental equipment. BEACH CITIES DENTISTRY is the way to go.  I had not been to a dentist for a while, and after leaving Klines office it refreshed my memory of why i hate going to the dentist.  I finally got over it and went to beach cities dentistry to dr tehrani and am VERY happy, all of the staff and Dr Tehrani are very helpful and make you feel comfortable.  Kline should be taking notes from Tehrani.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-04-02"}]}
