Phil, the Office Manager, wears scrubs, sees patients, touches patients' veins, & gives answers to medical questions when he actually has no medical degree/license. Phil contradicts the doctor, cancels patient appointments with the doctor without telling patients (after the doctor tells the patient to schedule an appointment ASAP), and is very dishonest.
