> Dr. Amirhamzeh fails to follow through on work he promises his patients. Phil, the Office Manager, wears scrubs, sees patients, touches patients' veins, & gives answers to medical questions when he actually has no medical degree/license. Phil contradicts the doctor, cancels patient appointments with the doctor without telling patients (after the doctor tells the patient to schedule an appointment ASAP), and is very dishonest. He claims to be in procedures all day when he has no medical license!
