> Waited a week for appt. Was supposed to rehang a shower door and then determine if a second shower door in another unit that was missing a part needed repair or replacement. Starting texting before 7 am on day of appt. Demanding to know if I had the replacement parts. I texted the first job didn't need replacement, and second subsequent job needed evaluation. He texted that if I didn't have the parts maybe I should reschedule. I texted we are misunderstanding each other via text please call. I missed the call and immediately started calling back. He then wouldn't return calls or texts. I drove the thirty minutes to meet him trying to reach him. I waited through his "window" for his arrival time and he never showed, called or texted. Unprofessional, rude, no respect for anyone else's time or schedule. His name is Russ. BEWARE!!
