> I should have known when they made me sign a release form when I had my down comforter cleaned, that they were not a good cleaners.I received my comforter back and the down came out in the cleaning process and what was left was just the material.  I spoke to the owner and he basically said too bad, you signed a waiver.  I then asked him for his insurance company and he would not even give me their phone/address.This cleaner is not someone you could trust to clean your valuables and then receive them back in good condition.If I were you, I would high-tail it out of this cleaners before it is too late.
