Mercury sent me a list of local vendors that they "prefer" using and after some research on Google and some other sites chose ICC Collision Center for the repairs. Tony was the gentlemen who inspected the damage and was my point person throughout the process. I received the details and price the very next day and was told it should take about 2 weeks to fix. One of the pleasant surprises of ICC is that they have Hertz in house and also use Hertz, so you have great, convenient options if a rental car is needed. I made my appointment to drop off my vehicle and when I did, I was really surprised, and happy, to have been upgraded on my rental for free through Hertz! Throughout the repair process Tony stayed in touch with my continuously to keep me up to date on the progress of the repairs. The end results were much better than I had ever expected! My vehicle was finished a week earlier than previously told (didn't want to give up the rental), the vehicle looked better than it did before being hit, and I felt like I had a place to highly recommend for my friends and family. I work in a business that requires a high level of communication and "customer service" and that is exactly what I received from Tony and ICC Collision Center. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **Philip M\.** - 5/5 > I couldn't help having to write this review after reading about the car that started with a $3500 estimate and ended up to be a $11,000 repair if I did not go through the same incident I would probably think something is shady. When I took my BMW 5 series to ICC they initially gave me an estimate of $5600. The following day, they called me and told me that there is a $7500 "supplement" so now the repairs were over $13,000 when I asked them what happened Tony my service advisor asked me if I can spend a little bit of my time and come down to the shop so he can explain the process to me which I agreed. When I arrived the following morning to ICC I was greeted with smiles and Tony was called to the front desk he took me to my car and went over all the details on what needs to be done to get my car repaired the correct way he explained every detail to me. I even had a chance to meet the technician who was repairing my car. The shop was immaculate there were about 20 BMWs there so I knew then that my car was in the right shop. To cut a long story short my car did take 30 days to get repaired but at least I know that it got fixed the right way. I did take my car to my dealership after the repairs and everything was running perfect with my car. The person who got a bad vibe should have done some research on their car like I did, you wouldn't believe all the technicalities a BMW requires to get it repaired correctly. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, after inspection, the estimate time in the shop was 2-3 weeks, but that got cut in half to just about 1.5 weeks. The results are outstanding; they seriously work magic and bring your car to dealer showroom new. A BIG plus w/ this ICC location is that they have not just Hertz but also Enterprise for a car rental. Extremely convenient!
