I had stopped by a week ago and checked out the \"Happy Hour \" menu. It looked good and reasonably priced. Well, that part was true, but the experience was horrible. Happy hours are about meeting and mingling with new people in the neighborhood. The service was slow, the staff was inattentive, and to make things worse, at the end, they merged 3 checks into one, never asking, how we want the bills split? It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, to say the least. It took another 25 minutes to get them to split the bill equally in thirds, calling in management, to rectify the situation. Finally, when management showed up, they had nothing to say or do, to make our experience a positive one? I owned a   restaurant business for 10 years and understand that it's not easy,  things happen. But, I would think that a corporate entity like Ruth Chris, would know what to do, to create a positive experience, for return business? The rule of thumb is: Good experience, tell 2 people / Bad experience, tell at least 10...... I will follow that rule and never return. Good luck in your new location.
