The place seems ok to me but because of the reviews and talking with others I wouldnt leave my dog there with her. It's close to my home and you can never really 100% trust them (people are more likely to complain than praise) so I decided to give it a shot. She was very knowledgeable and understanding ( my dog is old and has special needs) it was no problem at all she made suggestions as to how to make my dog's haircut work better for him. I was really happy about that. I needed him at a specific time she accommodated that too. When I picked him up he looked great and smelled great. I would recommend her to my friends. The only thing I could say needs improving is it smelled a little stale and doggy when I came in. I have since found out that former employees have also witnessed physical and verbal abuse towards dogs, especially the uncooperative ones.
