> Peter (owner)  and China Villa have been a part of Martinez since 1985. My family and I have been eating there since I was a teen. The food is good. It's not the best decor ever, but once you get to know Peter the decor really doesn't matter.  This is a man who will feed local needy groups and individuals without being paid. If you live or work in Martinez please eat there as much as possible to support him.  If you have a group to feed he will work with you on pricing, or if you have special dietary needs he will work with you.  I am a vegetarian and when I go with my family (who are not) he will always make me special plates to order.
