> Been there twice , first time was lousy , specifically the food was lousy , service was decent , tried it again and it was worse than lousy , I have NEVER had a steak cooked in a microwave before but I'm pretty sure that how mine was prepared that night , it had perfect grill marks and was dry and GREY in color , tasted like $#it , I took 2 bites and couldn't do it anymore , my daughter had mozzarella sticks and the cheese inside was still cold as was our appetizer , literally cold like they were taken out of the freezer , say under a heat lamp and brought to our table , and ICED tea is supposed to mean ICED tea , not just tea in a glass , anyway , I'll NEVER go back to that place again.

> They saved my Valentine's day.   I used the to go service and the young man Jacob was friendly from phone service to pick up and all my food was there.  Great service and great food

> They steal from you!  We placed a to-go order and the restaurant forgot 2 out of the 8 entrees and almost all of the side dishes.  Out of the entrees we did get, the ribs were completely burned and the potatoes that came with the salmon were so under-cooked it was difficult the bite through them.  Besides for the missing food, under and over cooked food, Applebee's wasn't ready with our order until 30 minutes after our pick-up time.  I spoke with two Assistant Mangers several times, plus the General Manager once about receiving a full refund.  The GM promised to look into what happened and follow-up with me the next day.  Two weeks later, and a couple of messages left for the GM, I still haven't received a follow-up phone call.
