The doctor went over what he needed to, went over the estimate of services and updated the estimate after a test result before I had left.  He went over what he had done and care instructions and the tech did too. I have worked in this field for several years and in its defense it is illegal for technicians/receptionists to work on a patient without a doctor on premises and unfortunately if it is an emergency it happens at the most inopportune time that most likely an pet emergency clinic is where you should go to first instead of a 9-5 clinic.","rating":4,"date_published":"2012-13-03"}]}
